Organisational Development

We help team leaders across public services and third sector organisations to think, relate and act in ways that go beyond traditional change management programmes. Our approach to Leadership and Organisational Development helps organisations respond to the pressures and uncertainties that arise due to the combined effects of spending cuts, rising demand for services and increasing cost. We support clients across the public services - including central government departments, regulators, local authorities, NHS trusts, CCGs, and health and social care providers.

We engage with people as citizens, customers, patients, service users and stakeholders. Our work opens up insights into their attitudes, experiences and expectations, and highlights the drivers and values that inform these. We then use these as a basis for useful, evidence-based recommendations to contribute to local and national policy debates and influence the shape and delivery of services.

Leadership Development and Coaching

Our leadership development and coaching equips managers with the skills they need to get the most from their teams and to change their ways of working to implement change.

We work with leaders and aspiring leaders who help to deliver services to the public, including those in the NHS, national and local government and the voluntary and community sectors. Our bespoke programmes enhance leaders’ impact and improve their relationships with colleagues and partners – resulting in more efficient use of resources and better outcomes for citizens.
