We design and deliver bespoke public and stakeholder engagement and consultation services. We use a range of methods including digital, paper-based and face-to-face tools to provide multi-channel approaches to formal consultations, as well as engagement and deliberative dialogue approaches on complex subjects.
We engage with people as citizens, customers, patients, service users and stakeholders. Our work opens up insights into their attitudes, experiences and expectations, and highlights the drivers and values that inform these. We take an independent approach to tracking, analysing and reporting on engagement, supporting our clients to use the findings to inform their decision-making.
Our design-led approach is particularly valuable for public and stakeholder dialogue projects. It’s important to understand the landscape in which a dialogue takes place and design a process and materials that will enable the public (or stakeholders) to get to the heart of the issues and the project to achieve its objectives. Where appropriate we integrate creative and game-ified approaches into our dialogue work.
We deliver some of the UK’s biggest online engagement projects using our bespoke digital systems. We enable the public to participate and input into projects via a range of channels, and use high quality analysis to turn participant views into insight. We display back your results in real time so you are never caught out by how a project can evolve.
We’ve been working online since 1999 and the tools we use are constantly evolving to reflect the new ways citizens interact online. We can work with anything from a simple online questionnaire to a fully featured community platform, and if it doesn’t exist yet we’ll build it.
