County Lines Pathfinder

Traverse are pleased to announce our role in evaluating the Youth Justice Board County Lines Pathfinder. We are working with Youth Offending Services across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk to identify and evidence emerging good practice which can be used both regionally and nationally to better prevent, identify and disrupt County Lines activity.

We will be conducting a range of evaluation activities, including:

  • A policy review with the aim of influencing policy change to disrupt County Lines activity more effectively
  • Data baselining and mapping of County Lines activity to provide a benchmark against which change in County Lines operations will be demonstrated
  • Engagement with young people and regional partners to gain insight into the complexities of County Lines activity and the associated impact
  • Regional and national practice sharing events to share barriers and enablers to local practice and engage policy makers
