
Recently our engagement team has been talking a lot about what it’s like to be a participant and putting ourselves in their shoes (check out our recent blog on Engagement and first dates).
We spent a session discussing what a positive participant journey might look like and our role in supporting that, because at Traverse we think that’s important for impactful engagement that people feel comfortable, involved and valued.
Here is an overview of that discussion – we want to focus on ensuring that our engagement supports participant confidence, is fun, and closes the feedback loop (collaborating with participants to develop reports, and sharing the final outputs with them).
