Amélie is the Head of Utilities and draws upon her first-hand experience in community engagement and local politics.
‘I am skilled at engaging with the public and a range of political and community stakeholders, both face-to-face and using traditional and digital channels. I champion a proactive and collaborative style with both participants and clients.
I am experienced at designing and managing engagement and consultation, particularly in infrastructure and utilities sectors. Having spent 4 years as an elected local councillor in Lambeth, I am used to working with diverse community groups.
Before joining the Traverse team, I worked on projects engaging local communities in shaping new housing, commercial and renewable energy developments across the country. I have particular experience leading large communication and consultation processes for wind and solar energy sites. Able to take technical, policy and environmental information and tailor it to suit different audiences, I bring an organised approach to project planning and an attention to detail, delivering a quality service to tight deadlines'
