Anna joined us in November 2016 after over 5 years working in International Development in South East Asia. Her background is in engagement, process design, and facilitation.
“I’m skilled at facilitating the design of innovative engagement strategies, and building the necessary relationships and collaborations needed to realise them.
I have a strong commitment to social impact and enjoy contributing fresh approaches and energy to solving complex problems. For the last five years I’ve been based in Cambodia, developing and implementing engagement and advocacy strategies for non-profits working with children and vulnerable people. In my spare time, I’m also passionate about experiential education; using carefully crafted experiences of place as learning opportunities for young people.
Working at Traverse is a great opportunity to maintain a deep understanding of the impact policy and large-scale projects have on people’s daily lives in the UK, and also to ensure diversity and inclusion in processes that contribute to these changes.”
