Anna joined Traverse three years ago, and has delivered some of our largest and most ambitious engagement projects during that time. Anna specialises in deliberative methodologies, but directs all types of engagement – whether it’s a focus on customer engagement, stakeholder engagement, or broader research and engagement with members of the public.
Anna is also the Chair of Trustees for our Employee Ownership Trust.
“I have a strong commitment to social impact and enjoy contributing fresh approaches and energy to solving complex problems. I’m skilled at designing and directing creative engagement strategies, and ensuring project outcomes. Since I joined the company, I’ve enjoyed delivering engagement projects and programmes for clients including the Department for Transport, Arts Council England, local government, and utilities companies.
Having previously worked in a range of sectors, including internationally, I bring a breadth of experience to my work. I draw on this when working with leadership and research teams in developing strategies for engagement, ensuring that their ideas are informed by the latest thinking, and supporting them to try different approaches. I also enjoy supporting clients with organisational development challenges, designing and leading workshops with management teams to support organisational change.
