Barbara is an experienced project manager and mixed-methods evaluator with over seven years of experience working with change makers within the public sector both domestically and overseas.
I am passionate about experimental research and social innovation, with a keen interest in helping clients to develop replicable models for scaling successfully interventions. I love translating complex ideas into operational delivery, maximizing the impact of projects through rigorous design & evaluation approaches.
Throughout the years, I have developed an expertise in integrated care, having worked on a series of evaluations for the Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership, the Youth Justice Board, Camden Council and CQC aimed at strengthening pathways between services.
I have a background in systems thinking and development processes, including theory of change articulation, outcomes framework development and service design. I also have experience building capacity within organizations and supporting with strategy development and impact reporting
