Doug first worked with Traverse as qualitative analyst in March 2017 before joining as a consultant in January 2018.
‘I have always had an interest in social research, understanding what motivates people and how to ensure ideas and themes are communicated between relevant parties. I have a strong understanding of how to bring out the nuance of complex issues and explain them in a clear manner. As well as working for Traverse I have experience in market research and media analysis, working with and managing large sets of data and presenting them to clients.’
