Grace joined Traverse in January 2021 bringing her skills and experience in deliberative research to the team.
Grace has a degree in Environmental Geoscience and a MA in Disasters, Adaptation and Development and has spent the last two years developing her skills in public and stakeholder engagement at a social research agency.
“I have worked on a diverse range of deliberative research projects on a variety of social issues spanning areas such as health and social care, trade, data use, climate and environment. I have also provided research support to evaluation and learning projects which aim to improve response to humanitarian crises.
"I am passionate about working on research that involves the public in decisions, putting their voices front and centre and giving the time, space and support needed for participants to share their experiences and views on the issues that ultimately shape the world we live in.”
