Kerrie joined Traverse as Director of Operations in December 2019. Kerrie brings over 20 years’ experience in operational leadership within the charity and public sector. Previously, she held positions as Managing Director at the Intensive Care National Audit & Research Centre and Director of Operations at Gingerbread and NatCen Social Research, where she established the UK’s largest research nurse panel collecting health data for national research studies.
I have been extremely fortunate to have worked in organisations that are at the very heart of the debate on our society, helping policy makers, public service providers and commissioners make informed choices on issues that impact on people’s lives and is why I have been involved in the delivery of Research projects for over 20 years. Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to contribute to and lead the development and delivery of strategy for businesses, I strongly believe in a collaborative approach, working together to create firm business foundations that enable and encourage innovative thinking and develops strong, flourishing and engaged teams.
