Killian joined the company in July 2016. He has experience of engaging with stakeholders at national and local levels in order to accommodate a range of views in project development.
“I am passionate about ensuring that everybody has a voice in the decision-making processes that affect their lives. I joined the Traverse to collaborate with others in developing solutions with the impact our clients need to improve their services. I was drawn to this role by the strong values that guide the Traverse’s work.
Prior to joining the team, I managed the data for a community health and wellbeing intervention in inner-city London. Strong skills in project management were required to develop reporting systems that could demonstrate successfully the viability of a community-based approach to health improvement.
My professional experience has also included roles in the policy and strategy departments of national bodies, as well as publishing and tax consultancy. I bring to the projects I work on the skills in communication that I have developed in these diverse sectors. I am excited by the opportunity to work on such varied projects here: I am always motivated to improve my knowledge.”
