Maddy is an experienced social researcher and engagement practitioner, with an interest in collaborative and participatory approaches.
'I have worked in research and engagement teams in the UK health and charity sectors, and internationally, managing a range of projects from evaluating youth work programmes, to researching refugees’ lived experience of digital ID systems, to engaging the public with the ethics of health data sharing.
I work in a collaborative way, drawing inspiration from a range of disciplines to inform my own approach such as service design, peer and adult learning, and participatory approaches to research and decision making.'
