Michelle has over 20 years’ experience in business development, strategic communications and marketing. She has held senior market development roles for ‘Big 4’ professional services firms within Europe, Middle East and Africa, where she focused on sales effectiveness, building high performing teams, strengthening go-to-market propositions, and client relationship management.
Michelle spent the first half of her career in PR and marketing communications roles in the UK and USA, where she specialised in employee engagement, crisis communications and issues management for organisations across a range of industries including: government and public sector, health industries, technology, telecoms, financial services and the charity sector.
