Morgan joined Traverse in June 2021, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in social science to the team, with a degree in Criminology and an MSc in Applied Social Research Methods (Criminology). Since graduating, she gained experience in the professional world of research, managing EU funded projects across Europe for the last two years, before joining us here at Traverse.
"Coming from a Criminology background, I am extremely interested in inspiring social change and giving a voice to marginalised groups. I believe in championing inclusive research and have experience managing projects with partners from across Europe. My previous work has ranged from photonics to neuroscience, but my passion has always been for people and making their experiences heard.
Whilst at Traverse I have worked on multiple projects in health, climate change and the public sector. I am particularly interested in building creative and engaging research that provides participants with the tools to talk freely and openly about their opinions in order to inspire change."
