Olivier is the Head of Utilities and brings many years' experience in Research and Engagement, as well as both Quantitative and Qualitative methodologies
I have spent 19 years in research, working for agencies in the Netherlands and the UK. During this time I have designed, managed and delivered national and international projects across a wide range of sectors, including utilities, transport, and professional services, and across multiple business and policy areas, including NPD, pricing, service optimisation and regulatory research. I have built up extensive experience and knowledge of quantitative methodologies (including stated preference and other conjoint methodologies, creating and managing customer panels, communications testing and customer satisfaction research) as well as qualitative methodologies (including online focus groups, B2B and B2C focus groups, workshop facilitation and depth interviewing with audiences ranging from C-Suite executives to vulnerable consumers).
Working for Traverse allows me to work on research and engagement programmes which contribute directly to the evidence-base on complex and sometimes controversial projects which affect the lives of millions of consumers. In a time of ambiguity and ever more intense scrutiny of public projects I feel it is more important than ever to ensure voices of those affected are heard and the feedback used to improve local, regional and national programmes and projects.
