Paul joined Traverse in June 2021 and brings a passion for the role in qualitative data analysis in achieving systematic change to Traverse.
Paul previously worked at the Corra Foundation, where he focused on achieving systemic change by working alongside communities across Scotland, grappling with a wide array of complex system-wide issues. Prior to that, he supported youth voice at the Scottish Youth Parliament, engaging young people across Scotland by facilitating group dialogue and deliberation.
"My background is originally in physics, so I love problem solving and figuring out how systems work. Currently I am most interested in how to support deep and open conversations that enable people to surface truths and work through challenges, I am training as a Deep Democracy facilitator to better support people through these processes."
