“ I am incredibly passionate about giving people a voice and here at Traverse, we do just that. My research background in politics, media and communication has helped me develop the skills I use everyday in consultation, evaluation and engagement projects. I started at Traverse during the COVID-19 lockdown and I was instantly struck by the fast-changing nature of our work and the way in which it had been so quickly adapted to work within the parameters of the pandemic. It has also emphasised the importance of having social impact at the heart of everything we do.”
