Having worked as a qualitative market researcher prior to joining Traverse, Viviana has focused on helping a wide range of clients understand and empathise with their customers. She is passionate about uncovering root causes and key insights that influence decision-making.

I enjoy connecting with different stakeholders and quickly picking up on trends and unmet needs. I am keen to help address these through a variety of research approaches and frameworks, in particular design thinking, storytelling or behavioural change. I joined Traverse with the goal of using and further developing my skills to tackle societal challenges. Since joining, I have delivered a complex economic assessment for a national health programme, helped a charity evaluate their social impact and talked to libraries all over the UK about their latest innovation and  I am very excited to continue working on such diverse and impactful projects.
